The Good Things In Life X Kanoko Takaya: MOGI-MOGI
The Good Things in Life is proud to announce a special collaboration with young, talented artist Kanoko Takaya: MOGI-MOGI.
The word MOGI-MOGI is a Balinese expression for “hope”, “wish” or “dream”, evoking a sense of hopefulness and optimism so precious and elusive these days that Kanoko Takaya beautifully captured in this collection.
Combining earthy palette with vibrant tones as well as classic techniques with modern approaches, Kanoko Takaya encapsulated the abundance and generosity of Mother Earth that she encountered in her everyday life in Bali for this collection. The result is an assembly of 3 Hawaiian sets, each set consisting of a shirt and shorts, and 2 hand-tufted rugs that bring a unique resort feel, inviting us to go out and embrace the joy of being in nature.
The Hawaiian set is 100% viscose. The rug’s composition is crafted from 100% New Zealand wool while the back side is 100% cotton canvas.
