Do I need an account to purchase a product?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order but we do recommend you to make one as well as subscribe to our newsletters where you can be granted direct access to all of our newest arrivals and special promotions.
What are your payment methods?
We only accept bank transfers for the time being.
Can I use my credit card for payment transactions?
We are in the process of making this possible, but for now we are only able to accept bank transfers.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes, we do have a retail store in Jl. Terogong Raya no. 34, Cilandak Barat, Jakarta Selatan, 12430.
Can I order products that are currently out of stock?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to order products that are unavailable in stock. But you can email us for any inquiries and wish list, and we will notify you on the possibility.
Can I buy your products during weekends?
Our online is open 24/7 but orders made during weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays will be shipped in the next notified business day.
Can I cancel an order that I have placed?
If you would like to cancel an order, you will have to inform us through email or call us before 9:00 am the next working day.
How can I add an item to my order?
We understand that sometimes you might want to add more products to your cart, however once an order is already submitted, unfortunately we are unable to change it. We would require you to place a separate order.
What do I do if I have received a flawed/reject product?
In such cases, please do not hesitate to inform us through email or simply call us. If you are in the current Jakarta area, you may bring your product to our retail store. For more details you can open our “Shipping & Return” policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently in the process of developing international transactions and shipments, however for now we are only able to ship within Indonesia.
I’ve seen a product at the retail store but it is not on your website. Will it be available?
Unfortunately, our website has some merchandise/brands unavailable to be purchased. We do encourage you to contact our store directly via phone or email.
Do you offer an online gift wrapping service?
Unfortunately, we do not cater to our gift wrapping services for orders made on our website. Please note that we are only able to handle gift wrapping services specifically in our retail store.
